Key Responsibilities
The selected applicant will be responsible for managing receiving activities and maintaining proper stock control. The main duties may include:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods to check their quality and quantity.
- Compare deliveries with purchase orders and related documents.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock records regularly.
- Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures where required.
- Perform regular stock checks and support inventory reconciliation.
- Identify stock differences and report any discrepancies.
- Keep storage areas clean, organized, and properly labelled.
- Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing, finance, kitchen, and other departments.

Qualifications and Experience Required
