About the Role
The Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining attractive product displays, replenishing stock, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring products are available across assigned retail outlets. The successful candidate will also work closely with the merchandising team to implement display standards, improve product visibility, and support overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) promotional materials.
- Monitor competitor activities and submit regular reports.
- Remove damaged, expired, or unsellable products from shelves.
- Process defective product returns according to company procedures.
- Maintain product availability across all sizes and packaging formats.
- Implement approved merchandising layouts and planograms.
- Ensure shelf displays comply with company merchandising standards.
- Verify product pricing and maintain accurate price labels.
- Prepare merchandising reports and customer records.
- Conduct regular price checks.
- Perform monthly inventory counts at assigned retail outlets.
- Support merchandising and sales teams in achieving business goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of merchandising or retail experience.
- Previous FMCG merchandising experience is an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage multiple retail store visits.
